Our organization is governed by a Board of Directors and leadership team committed to ensuring that every donation, program, and service reflects our mission and values.

Our Mission

To provide practical support, education, counseling, and compassionate care to women, mothers, babies, and families facing difficult circumstances.

Governance

The Zoe Project operates as a registered South African Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) and Public Benefit Organisation (PBO).

The Board provides strategic oversight, financial accountability, and governance to ensure that all resources are used responsibly and effectively.

Tracey founded The Zoe Project with a vision to ensure that every mother and baby receives compassionate support, dignity, and care. Her leadership has guided the organization for over two decades.

The Zoe Project is supported by a dedicated team of staff, counselors, doulas, educators, volunteers, and community partners who work together to serve women and families across the Western Cape.
